A double optimal projection method that involves projections for intra-cluster and inter-cluster dimensionality reduction are proposed for video fingerprinting. The video is initially set as a graph with frames as its vertices in a high-dimensional space. A similarity measure that can compute the weights of the edges is then proposed. Subsequently, the video frames are partitioned into different clusters based on the graph model. Double optimal projection is used to explore the optimal mapping points in a low-dimensional space to reduce the video dimensions. The statistics and geometrical fingerprints are generated to determine whether a query video is copied from one of the videos in the database. During matching, the video can be roughly matched by utilizing the statistics fingerprint. Further matching is thereafter performed in the corresponding group using geometrical fingerprints. Observer and optimal boundary control design for the objective of output tracking of a linear distributed parameter system given by a two‐dimensional (2‐D) parabolic partial differential equation with time‐varying domain is realized in this work. The transformation of boundary actuation to distributed control setting allows to represent the system's model in a standard evolutionary form. By exploring dynamical model evolution and generating data, a set of time‐varying empirical eigenfunctions that capture the dominant dynamics of the distributed system is found. This basis is used in Galerkin's method to accurately represent the distributed system as a finite‐dimensional plant in terms of a linear time‐varying system. This reduced‐order model enables synthesis of a linear optimal output tracking controller, as well as design of a state observer. High-accuracy positioning is not only an essential issue for efficient running of high-speed train (HST), but also an important guarantee for the safe operation of high-speed train. Positioning error is zero when the train is passing through a balise. However, positioning error between adjacent balises is going up as the train is moving away from the previous balise. Although average speed method (ASM) is commonly used to compute the position of train in engineering, its positioning error is somewhat large by analyzing the field data. In this paper, we firstly establish a mathematical model for computing position of HST after analyzing wireless message from the train control system. Then, we propose three position computation models based on least square method (LSM), support vector machine (SVM) and least square support vector machine (LSSVM). Finally, the proposed models are trained and tested by the field data collected in Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway. The results show that: (1) compared with ASM, the three models proposed are capable of reducing positioning error; (2) compared with ASM, the percentage error of LSM model is reduced by 50.2% in training and 53.9% in testing; (3) compared with LSM model, the percentage error of SVM model is further reduced by 38.8% in training and 14.3% in testing; (4) although LSSVM model performs almost the same with SVM model, LSSVM model has advantages over SVM model in terms of running time. We also put forward some online learning methods to update the parameters in the three models and better positioning accuracy is obtained. With the three position computation models we proposed, we can improve the positioning accuracy for HST and potentially reduce the number of balises to achieve the same positioning accuracy. 相似文献

Aiming at the problem that the traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm does not fully consider the influence of correlation between projects on recommendation accuracy, this paper introduces project attribute fuzzy matrix, measures the project relevance through fuzzy clustering method, and classifies all project attributes. Then, the weight of the project relevance is introduced in the user similarity calculation, so that the nearest neighbor search is more accurate. In the prediction scoring section, considering the change of user interest with time, it is proposed to use the time weighting function to improve the influence of the time effect of the evaluation, so that the newer evaluation information in the system has a relatively large weight. Road traffic congestion is a serious problem in today's world and it happens because of urbanization and population growth. The traffic reduces the transport efficiency in the city, increases the waiting time and travel time, and also increases the usage of fuel and air pollution. To overcome these issues this papers propose an intelligent traffic control system using the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). The vehicles or nodes present in the IoV can communicate between themselves. This technique helps in determining the traffic intensity and the best route to reach the destination. The area of study used in this paper is Vellore city in Tamilnadu, India. The city map is separated into many segments of equal size and Ant Colony Algorithm (AOC) is applied to the separated maps to find the optimal route to reach the destination. Further, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to calculate the traffic density and to model the heavy traffic. The proposed algorithm performs better in finding the optimal route when compared to that of the existing path selection algorithms. From the results, it is evident that the proposed IoV‐based route selection method provides better performance. 相似文献

本文针对配电系统电能质量综合评估存在的评估指标权重分配过于主观或客观的问题,提出一种基于改进雷达图法的配电系统电能质量评估方法。该方法利用最小偏差组合权重法计算各评估指标的最优组合权重。并在传统雷达图的基础上对各指标轴间夹角值的确定和特征向量的选取两方面做了进一步的改进。首先采用扇形区域取代原始的三角形区域,并利用最小偏差组合权重法计算各指标轴间夹角值。其次选择新的特征向量构造评估函数对配电系统电能质量进行综合评估。最后通过对某钢铁厂棒材变电站10kV配电系统电能质量进行综合评估,验证了该方法的可行性和合理性。较传统雷达图而言,改进雷达图法解决了传统雷达图法中各指标间信息共用以及评估结果不唯一的问题,使评估结果更加准确合理。 相似文献
